We deliver order within 7 - 10 working days once the order gets confirmed
We carefully pack every order but sometimes damage can occur in transit. 
If your product arrives damaged, please report it to us by emailing at  support@wretailer.com .

International Shipping 
Westcoast is happy to ship internationally, but your order may be subject to duties and taxes when entering your country. Westcoast reserves the responsibility of these charges, as any import taxes and/or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please email us at support@wretailer.com  about your international order.  


Returns 

We hope you absolutely love your products! 

But if you don't, all items purchased through www.wretaier.com / WBO (Westcoast Business Owners) will have a 30 day, money back guarantee. Due to the high cost of clinically tested ingredients, and factual, proven results in independent laboratory testing, ORGANICXS does not issue refunds on opened products. Special Orders and Sale Items are excluded. We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be reimbursed. When returning an item, please pack the goods securely, the same way they were shipped and keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. 

Also, please include your packing slip, receipt, (or a note) with your name, phone number, and the reason for returning the product(s) 

To initiate a return: 

In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, retail customers can return/exchange the product to/from the distributor from whom they had purchased the same, within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a written application having a valid and good reason can return the said products along with the original customer’s order receipt copy. In case of retail customers request for money refund or replacement of products, it is the distributor’s obligation to satisfy the customer’s need.
Thereafter, the distributor can exchange the products from the Company within 30 days from the date of issue of invoice and that invoice must be submitted at the time of exchange:
